Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, company, Amazon storefront URL — when you contact us, request an audit, or engage us as a service provider.
With your explicit authorization through Seller Central's Authorized Partner flow, we access Seller Central and Advertising account data strictly as required to deliver the services we've agreed to provide.
How we use it
- To deliver the services you've engaged us for
- To respond to inquiries and provide audits
- To comply with Amazon's Service Provider policies
- To improve our services and reporting
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data
- We do not share Amazon account credentials or data with third parties outside the service engagement
- We do not use your data to compete with you
Data retention
We retain client reporting and engagement records for 24 months after the end of an engagement. Raw Seller Central data is deleted within 30 days of engagement termination unless legally required otherwise.
