How long does onboarding take?
Two weeks from contract signature. Week 1 is audit + access setup. Week 2 is our first stabilization pass. By the end of week 2 you have a baseline report and a prioritized 30-day plan.
What’s your minimum engagement length?
90 days, then month-to-month. We need the 90 days to actually move numbers — but after that, fire us any time, no penalty.
Do we have to give up our Seller Central password?
No. We work through Amazon’s Authorized Partner permission model. You grant scoped permissions inside Seller Central; we never need your password or 2FA codes.
Do you work with brands outside of CPG / Grocery?
Occasionally, if the fit is right. Our playbooks are strongest in CPG — food, beverage, pantry, HPC — so we’ll tell you candidly if your category isn’t where we add the most value.
How do you price?
Flat monthly retainer for account management and listing work. Advertising management is retainer-or-percentage (whichever is greater) — transparent and capped, never percent-of-revenue.
Who actually touches my account?
A senior operator owns your account start to finish. No junior handoffs, no offshore farms. Every action is logged and reviewable.
What reporting do we get?
A plain-English Friday recap, a monthly 30-minute walkthrough, and a live KPI dashboard. Anything deeper on request — no extra fee.
What happens to our data when we leave?
