Client Data Handling

Amazon account data is sensitive. Here's exactly how we treat it.

Access model

We work exclusively through Amazon's Authorized Partner permission model inside Seller Central. We never ask for passwords or two-factor codes. Access is granted by the client, scoped to the specific permissions needed, and revocable by the client at any time.

Data ownership

Your data is yours. Reports, dashboards, working files, and audit documents are yours to keep — during and after the engagement. Full exports on request, no fee.

Where your data lives

  • Access-scoped Seller Central and Advertising Console data stays inside Amazon's systems. We view, we don't export wholesale.
  • Our internal reporting uses Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets) in a per-client folder, access-controlled by email.
  • Creative assets live in client-shared Drive folders, owned by the client.

Security practices

  • Hardware security keys or TOTP 2FA on every employee account that touches client data
  • Unique passwords stored in a company-level password manager
  • SSO + device-trust on Google Workspace
  • Revocation within 24 hours of offboarding

Offboarding

When an engagement ends, we confirm Seller Central permission revocation the same day, hand off all working documents to the client, and delete or archive our internal copies within 30 days per the Privacy Policy.

Incident response

If anything anomalous happens to your data, we tell you within 24 hours of discovery and provide a written incident report within seven days.
